Tower Hamlets Reablement Service

Tower Hamlets Reablement Service is a home care agency based in London, in the Tower Hamlets council area, registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care to people in their own homes. It Tower Hamlets Connect is a new and integrated information and advice service being delivered by Age UK East London and its partners.
